Archie Horror is an imprint of Archie Comics that features classic characters in new horrifying alternate universes that include a zombie outbreak and evil witches.
History[]
Due to the success of Afterlife with Archie and especially the sixth issue that featured its own version of Sabrina Spellman which inspired Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, the imprint was created in 2015 to distinguish the two series and to leave room for more.
Afterlife With Archie[]
When Hot Dog is hit by a car, Jughead turns to Sabrina to resurrect him. However, Hot Dog comes back as a zombie that infects Jughead, who in turn causes an outbreak in Riverdale. Archie, Betty, Veronica, and the other students of Riverdale High must survive this apocalypse.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina[]
In this reimagining, Sabrina lives with her Aunts Hilda and Zelda as she is to fully become a powerful witch through her unholy baptism. However, her father's mistress returns from Hell after being accidentally summoned by Betty and Veronica as she is bent on getting revenge on Sabrina. This goes as far as having Harvey killed only to be falsely resurrected and unbeknowst to Sabrina, replaced with the soul of her father. The series mostly takes place in the 1960s and also reintroduces forgotten characters as well.
