Synopsis for "Waltz of the Vampire"
In route to the US by an ocean liner, the Nazi Party releases a vampire they created, so that he can head the Trade Committee, and thwart any trade agreements with the United States. Instead, the vampire has other ideas and searches for human blood to quench his thirst. Several days later, the vampire is at a special banquet and asks the mayor's daughter (Pat Clark) for a dance. As they began to dance, Paul Morse senses the presence of evil. In the next moment, Mr. Justice races across the room to save a shrieking Pat Clark. The vampire makes his escape, and a chase ensues. The two foes take on their spirit form and fight it out. Soon, the vampire surrenders and confess about "The King of the Vampires," the one who made him what he is today. The two team up and head for their common foe. They confront him and fight till dawn, when the King begins to slowly crumble due to the sun light. With the death of the King, the original vampire becomes human again. The two head back to the banquet to comfort the fainted daughter, and the "count" finishes his postponed speech agreeing that the nations should work together as allies.

A woman wants to expose a blackmailer, but is shot before she can. When Ruth Ransom investigates the story, she is kidnapped by two thugs. Paul Patton sees her being dragged into a building and becomes the Fox. Inside, he confronts one of the thugs, who confesses about the blackmail and a murder rap. The other thug hears the double crosser and shoots him. Paul takes a photo ("What a picture!"). The shooter then aims the gun at the Fox, but Ruth comes to the rescue with a smashed light bulb. Afterward, the headlines read about how the Fox got a confession from the tattler.
