  • Hello, I just wanted to consult what is the policy of this wiki about fanart images if there is any.

    • We prefer that fanart not be in this wiki, BUT I know that there is some here and as long as it is not offensive and in very small amounts, we usually look the other way. Do not use it for a character's main profile picture but it can appear in the galleries. On the other hand, fanart on your profile page is perfectly fine as long as it is not sexually graphic. For example, my personal profile page picture is a "fanart" of myself... when I was in better shape of course.

  • Dude...

The touble started with the Jane Barlow (Earth-MLJ) page... and it just got weirder! I tried fixing it (you can check the edit history), so decided to move on and see is maybe it was just that page?

    It isn't.

The same, weird stuff happened at the Mister Barlow (Earth-MLJ) and the Blane Whitney (Earth-MLJ)  pages so I'm just gonna stop!

All I did is change the "Barlow" characters so they had an E at the end because Jane says in issues 11 and 13 of Top-Notch Comics that her name is Jane Barlowe and there's an E at the end!

Removing categories, adding all that "span" this and "span" that nonsense, screwing up the infobox... I never did any of that! Every time I saved and closed, the wiki just removed categories and added a TON of nonsense all by itself! I have no idea what's going on?

    • I have no idea, as it should not do that. I have been away all day until now. Give me a little time to investigate this problem.

  • I looked up the episode guide for the show Archie's Weird Mysteries and I noticed something strange about two of the episodes. The air date for the episode "Twisted Youth" was 12/25/99 and the air date for the episode "The Christmas Phantom" was 2/8/2000. I feel that those episodes aired at the wrong time because the "The Christmas Phantom" was a holiday-themed episode. Do you think the producers messed up by airing these episodes at the time that they were aired?

13 "Twisted Youth" 25 December 1999 The faculty at Riverdale High turn adults into teenagers after drinking a new brand of bottled water. What's even stranger is that young Ms. Grundy is interested in Reggie!

30 "The Christmas Phantom" 8 February 2000 The department store's newest Santa Claus, Archie, is the only one in the mood to celebrate the holidays. But a phantom from an unbelievable source just might fix that.

    • My brain was half on other things and I didn't understand what you were saying. Sorry about that. Yes, I do agree with you about the episode order, but if you want to go in and change it to be correct, you are still more than welcome. I completely forgot to go in and look at it last night.

    • That's fine. What I was trying to explain is that "The Christmas Phantom" should've aired in December '99 after "Brain of Terror" because of the holiday that took place in it and that "Twisted Youth" should've aired in February 2000 after "Extra Terror-estrial" because it was just a regular episode.

    • OH! I remember now!

Is this wiki only for characters that originated in MLJ/Archie Comics or are characters that debuted elsewhere but were eventually published by MLJ/Archie Comics okay too? For example: Let's say Cleopatra showed up in an MLJ/Archie story... Could she have a page here or no since she obviously wasn't created by them?

    • If Cleopatra (which I assume she did) show up in a MLJ/Archie story line, then she would exist in this Wiki, but ONLY for the stories that pertain to her appearances. The same would hold true for other historical figures, such as Robin Hood, George Washington, Charlemagne, etc...

  • Hello, I noticed you are putting
    Rocket (Earth-MLJ) 01
in the template and your pics don't show up the template does not need the brackets or file or pic size it does it automatically. the file should look like Rocket_(Earth-MLJ)_01.jpg
      Loading editor
    • Brackets???  I haven't been putting brackets on my pics when I upload them or put them in galleries.

Also the only ones I putting image sizing are the ones that appear in the text of the histories, and they show up.  I only do that if they are too big.
