Synopsis for "Flaky Puff (Isn't Sweet)"
Three mysterious men, known as Delta 3, want to rid the world of law enforcement agencies and "hero" organizations. To do this, they need to find the other half of a map that will lead them to vast quantities of the secret energy formula "42642." The Delta 3 recruit the Hun and Flaky Puff to attack F.B.I. Headquarters, so they can search for the second half of the map. Meanwhile, the Shield as been lured into an abandoned mine full of explosives.
