HistoryEdit
Roy Carter was formerly an orphaned shoeshine boy, but he was taken in by Blane Whitney, secretly a crime fighter known as the Wizard. The Wizard saw potential in the boy and trained him as his sidekick. So from that day on Roy was Roy the Super Boy.
